In some cases this is all that's required to find a Buyer for your property. However, if it was that easy to sell your property in ALL cases, the real estate brokerage business as we know it today wouldn't exist. Therefore, I also offer all the equipment, tools, and technology, professional REALTORS® use to sell real estate that I've personally found to be effective over the years in marketing my own properties at additional cost to the basic package of services listed above. All of the equipment is priced at my cost plus a small profit margin typical to any business. Services are quoted depending on the amount of time it typically takes to accomplish them similar to how you'd pay for the services of any other contractor such as a plumber or electrician.
